My labels are not clear enough

Below are some reasons for poor printing performance:

  1. The most common reason for low-quality print has to do with a low-quality source file, especially when only parts of your label look faded. High-quality label source files ensure darker prints. A low-quality source file often comes from a screenshot.
  2. Margins and page size. Please ensure the content takes up the whole label. If there are extra borders, your design may be "shrunk" printed in a smaller size resulting in faded content.
  3. Print density and speed. Within your Aobio printer preferences, you can set your "Density" and "Speed". The suggested speed value should be 4, and the density 8.
  4. Dust or adhesive on the printer head. Please try to clean the printer head.

If you are not sure about the reason or the reason seems none of those listed above, please feel free to contact the Aobio Service Team. We will be so glad to help you address the problem. It's suggested to add our WhatsApp account by +1 5714105259 and send us photos with your smartphone, so we can better and faster find out the reason for you.
