ShipWorks is a very feature-rich platform. It is hard to imagine that any printer will be incompatible with ShipWorks. Because of its extensive support, it only takes a few steps to complete the setup.
The first step is to point the new Standard 4x6 template to the thermal printer you intend to use to print your shipping labels. Here's how:
1. Click on the Manage tab and then on the Templates button.
2. Expand the Labels folder on the list of templates on the left side of the Template Manager screen. Then, select the Standard 4x6 template.
3. Click the Edit button, select the Settings tab, then click on Printing.
4. Select the Aobio thermal printer from the list of printers in the Printer drop-down menu.
5. Go to "Labels", hit "Edit"
6. Change the label and paper size to 4 x 6
