Note: We recommend that you switch to the latest ShipStation purchased by Stamps.com to achieve reliable, fast and easy printing.

Online version

We recommend that you use the web version of Stamps.com. You can access it at https://print.stamps.com

1. Select 4 x 6 in the drag and drop menu

2. Click on "Print" and choose your Aobio printer ensuring that the label size is set to 4x6.

·Below is a video to show how to print shipping labels on Stamp.com official.

If you are using the old version of the Stamp Connect application:

Due to a software error on the Stamps.com connection, we need to first rename the Aobio printer in the computer to "Zebra LP2844".

To do this on Windows, go to Control Panel>Printers>Right Mouse Aobio Printer>Properties>Change the name to Zebra LP2844, and confirm again.

To do this on a Mac, go to System Preferences -> Printers -> Reset ThermalPrinter Thermal> Rename> Change the name to Zebra LP2844, and then OK.

You will now see Zebra LP2844 in the Stamps.com drop-down menu.

Stamps.com Pro software:

The software was originally produced in the late 90s, and its setup steps reflect that era. Essentially, we install Aobio as a ZPL printer. The Stamps.com software requires several steps to successfully print to a thermal printer.

1. Please download the Zebra printer driver

2. After opening the downloaded file, please click "Install Zebra Printer"

3. Select Zebra 2844, and then "Next".

4. Before proceeding with the installation, we need to find the USB port Aobio is connected to. Please go to Control Panel->Printers and Devices->Callback Aobio>Printer Properties

5. First select the "Port" tab, and then pay attention to check the USB port.

6. Now, we will return to the installation window and select the same port, and then "Finish" in turn.

7. Next, please open the Stamps.com software and select Tools -> Configure Printer

8. Choose "Yes" and click "Next," and then "Finish."

In the "Packaging" tab, if it has not been selected, please select "Zebra/Eltron Type-Standard 4x6 Label-Roll Paper"-called "Print Sample" or "Print Postage"

For your printer, please select Zebra 2844 and then proceed to "Print"
