Product warranty

Aobio guarantees that our products be free from defects in material and workmanship during the warranty period. Product problem diagnosis, labor, and part replacement are warranted for a minimum of 3 months from the date of purchase. You must keep your receipt as proof of the date of purchase. 


The following conditions are not covered under the Aobio Standard Warranty plan: 

1. If the serial number on the product has been vandalized, changed, or removed;

2. Aobio is not liable for direct or indirect, results of accidental damages coming out of the improper use of our products since Aobio has warned the possibility of such damages.


Exclusion of Damages 

Aobio’s liability is limited to the cost of one of the following solutions: 

(1) Replacement of 

product or similar new product; 

(2) repair of the defective product; or 

refund of a proportionate share of the original purchase price depending on the declaration of the original invoice and as determined by the remainder of the warranty period if repair or replacement of the product is not feasible. The solution chosen will be in good faith and at the discretion of Aobio.
