If Aobio keeps beeping and flashing purple light, it is most likely due to its power source. Please ensure you are using Aobio's power adapter and that all connections are secure.
If Aobio keeps beeping for 2 seconds then the red light starts flashing, which means the paper is jammed, you need to clean the printer head and reload the label paper.
