What kinds of Label Papers Do Aobio Use?
Please note there are two distinct types of labels: Direct Thermal and Thermal Transfer and Aobio is compatible with most direct thermal labels. The supported label width is from 4cm (1.57") to 11cm (4.5").

Does Aobio need to add ink, toner, or ribbon?
Aobio label printer is a money saver, which requires no ink, ribbon, or thermal transfer media. All it needs is just the direct thermal labels.
Can Aobio Printer print color images?
The truth is that all thermal printers can not print any color images, because this kind of printer is using direct thermal technology.
It prints with heat, there is why you can not touch the printing head immediately after printing, the printing head would be very hot.
Can Aobio X4/Q5/D4 Be Used on Cell Phone or Tablet?
Sorry that Aobio X4/Q5/D4 is no compatible with cellphone/ tablet since they're using a USB port to connect and sending commands to the computer, so only the computer with USB ports is compatible with our printer.
